Rental Agreement

This is where the terms of the rental agreement are spelled out. It allows you to set rental terms, priorities, date ranges, fees, percentages, and tracks independent rental company information if needed.

Rental Program

CondotelWare provides the ability to create an unlimited number of rental programs that are defined by specific revenue splits and fee rules used by your condo-hotel. Each rental program consists of the transaction codes which calculate an owner’s split.
