After that, CondotelWare automatically tracks and reports on all matters related to the owner. |

How does the Rental Rotation by Revenue work? |

The CondotelWare application currently supports 6 different methods of calculating room rotation order. When interfaced with an external Property Management System, CondotelWare generates an XML file containing the room rotation order that can be imported by the PMS. The Rental Rotation Method can be changed at anytime in the CondotelWare setup and will immediately reflect the new options settings. |
